The “supervisory tsunami” and the investment industry: The UCITS IV
requirements have (just) been successfully implemented. New supervisory
requirements are awaiting us: AIFMD, Basel III and Solvency II for example will
affect the buy side as well. The UCITS V timetable has been set already. Let us
use this short breathing space to take a closer look at the measures
implemented to date:
What achievements have been made? Which problems had to be mastered?
This conference offers a platform to discuss this topic and also other topics:
- How does the UCTIS IV set-up look like in a successful capital investment company?
- Which aspects need to be considered in a crossborder set-up?
- What does “Risk Convergence” actually mean – what advantages does this approach offer?
- VaR calculation: Which approach “promises” the best quality?
- Backtesting: How to make the best of the requirement?
- What is the experience with KIID so far?
- Liquidity risk measurement: Which approaches have turned out to be successful?
- How to deal with the extended data requirements?
- Cost aspects: Insourcing versus outsourcing
Please join us on an informative “tour” through the current topics. This gives you the opportunity of an open exchange and an insight into the present best practice approaches.
Kindly use the fax form for registration. The event is free of charge.
