In 1982, much-net was founded by Mr Nikolai Bukureschtliew (present controlling shareholder). PMS (Portfolio and Risk Management System), the standard application “Made in Germany”, evolved from what started as individual programming services for banks and insurance companies and is presently being used by more than 80 international customers with approximately 600 users.

The company became a limited company in 1989 and a joint stock company in 2000. It is headquartered in the Federal City of Bonn, the famous composer Beethoven’s birthplace.

much-net specialises on the conception, development, distribution, implementation and maintenance of sophisticated financial software. Nearly 30 years of experience in this field has recommended us and proved that we are the ideal partner for financial software implementation and system integration.

Until now we have gained an extensive knowledge about processes, requirements and challenges in our target markets and we are able to provide special knowledge in all fields of a “state-of-the-art” financial software.

Including its subsidiaries in Switzerland, Luxembourg and Bulgaria, much-net presently employs approximately 80 people and there are approximately 150 people over the entire partner network.

PMS is currently in use in major national and international financial centres such as Frankfurt, Zurich, London, Luxembourg, Munich, Hamburg, Vienna and Sofia.
