Nikolai Bukureschtliew, Chief Executive Officer
Mr Bukureschtliew studied mathematics in Sofia/BUL and Cologne/GER and worked as an actuary and systems analyst in life insurance company from 1971 to1977. From 1977 to 1982, he worked for scientific and practical projects on mathematical finance and insurance mathematics in the office of Professor Dr Klaus Heubeck in Cologne. He founded a data processing consulting firm mainly providing services for banks and insurance companies. This firm was transformed into a limited company, the Much-Net GmbH, in 1989 and has been an Aktiengesellschaft (AG), a private joint stock company, since May 2000. Mr Bukureschtliew ran the much-net GmbH as managing director (UK)and represents the much-net AG as chief executive officer today. He has played a decisive role in the development of much-net’s PMS Portfolio Management System.
Olgo-Kryno Geissler, Business Administration Manager and Authorised Officer
Mr Geissler, born in 1961, is a merchant in wholesale and international trade (Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann), studied business administration with a focus on “Company Taxation and Auditing” and worked in different industries (computer production and sales, film licence exploitation, production of spectacles and an opticians group) before he became business administration manager and authorised officer at much-net AG in 2000. His fields of responsibility include contracts, offers, billing (services and other expenditures), finances and controlling, human resources etc.
Eduard Tolmatschjow, Sales and Relationship Management
Mr Tolmatschjow was born in Saint Petersburg and has been living in Germany for nearly two decades; this is also where he successfully completed his school and studies.
Coming from the Economics and Business Administration sector, Mr Tolmatschjow is in charge of “Sales and Relationship Management” at much-net AG.
Since the beginning of 2010, Eduard Tolmatschjow has been taking care of our customers and cooperation partners all over Europe simultaneously to his sales activities. He thus acts as a communication interface between much-net AG and its customers.
Dr. Klaus Wenger, Head of Product Management and User Support
Dr. Wenger, born in 1971, has been working for much-net AG since 2004. The authorised officer is currently in charge of the product management and user support in the PMS environment. His responsibilities for much-net AG in Europe which focuses on portfolio and risk management also include requirement analyses, software concepts, project management as well as product presentations. Prior to his career at much-net AG, Dr. Wenger was engaged in several projects and in the development of software for the German bank industry. He received his degree of “Dr. rer. nat.” (Doctorate in Natural Sciences, specifically in Applied Mathematics) in Germany and was awarded the MBA degree (UK).
Andreas Siebert,
Head of Consulting and IT Services
Mr Siebert, born in 1964 and head of the consulting and IT department, is the
main contact person for all national and international projects of the much-net
AG. His fields of responsibility range from consulting services in all
PMS-relevant matters, analyses of customer needs and development of
requirements specifications to project and integration management and the
customisation of PMS to specific customer needs and requirements. A special
focus lies on the interface management like the Bloomberg interface for
instance. Andreas Siebert has gained many years of experience in the provision
of finance-related IT services.
